SWISS TUNING INC SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship all our orders with DPD parcelservices on a daily basis from Monday to Friday. All packages will be picked up at 5.30pm at our depot in Turbenthal and then processed at the DPD packet-center.
DPD parcels are delivered on the next working day (for Switzerland). After dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your personal tracking number.
On the day of delivery the Live-Tracking informs you of the one-hour time window in which DPD will deliver your parcel. Shortly before the delivery you then learn down to the last 30 minutes exactly when they will be ringing your doorbell.
Our products are sent as an insured parcel and are therefore protected against transport damages.
