› Hand Crafted Performance Exhausts
You only have to touch a Scorpion exhaust to appreciate the premium design and construction qualities, which translate into tangible gains in both performance and reliability. Hand crafted in England and widely regarded as the best exhaust on the market today, Scorpion has become one of the most popular upgrades amongst both tuning enthusiasts and racers alike.
But the real difference is the way a Scorpion feels. No other exhaust is created with our passion, expertise and experiences; because of this Scorpion’s appeal goes beyond the many superb product advantages. Everything that we have put into developing the world’s best exhausts over the years is designed to be shared, felt and experienced by you, the driver.
Want a little more power from your car? A cat-back exhaust is the perfect compromise, leaving the factory catalysts (where fitted) in place and bolting directly to the OEM system. Scorpion's cat-back exhausts are designed for improved gasflow and sound
Â
A catalyst is a key component in emission control. It is also the most restrictive component of an exhaust. Our Sports Catalysts increase the gas flow while maintaining filtration rates. Our decats simply replace the catalyst altogether for the ultimate flow rate
Turbo charged engines need to be able to breathe; to assist this a range of turbo down pipes have been developed to suit high powered turbo applications. To enable an increase in performance we match pipe diameters for the peak performance gains

High flow, light weight tubular manifolds using technology derived from our success partnered with top flight BTCC teams

› Difference between "resonated" und "non-resonated"
The main difference is whether a silencer is included or omitted in the centre section of the exhaust. A non resonated system doesn’t include a centre silencer so will be significantly louder than the standard exhaust whereas a resonated system includes a centre silencer so will only be slightly louder than the standard exhaust.
› Will my original exhaust need cutting?
In some cases the original exhaust has to be cut to remove it from the vehicle or to fit our product. Where this is required detailed instructions are supplied.
› What power gains can I expect from fitting a Scorpion Exhaust?
Each vehicle has its own characteristics so it’s not possible to state a specific amount. A general figure of between 5 – 10% would be expected but this can vary due to age and condition of the vehicle.
› What materials are used to manufacture a Scorpion Exhaust?
We only use the very best high performance materials. T304/316 stainless steel, Grade 1 titanium and high temperature carbon fibre and high grade mild steel in components such has heavy gauge mounting flanges.
