Information on delivery time
The delivery periods indicated per manufacturer are average values based on our determined periods since foundation in 2006. The delivery periods are not binding but are rather to be understood as anticipated delivery periods.
Items marked "in stock" are actually in stock and are usually handed over to the parcel service or shipping company 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Collection is also possible. However, please contact our customer service before visiting our shop to pick up the desired product. Bulky goods are shipped twice a week. Parcels are shipped on a daily basis via DPD. At 5.30pm all parcels are collected and processed at the DPD parcel centre. Bulky items over 175cm in length and items over 125cm in length are shipped twice a week by freight forwarder. The delivery of parcels sent by freight forwarder can take up to four working days.
DPD parcels are usually delivered the following day, i.e. tomorrow (on working days). On the evening of the shipment you will receive an email automatically generated by the system with your personal parcel number. This enables you to track the shipment in real time. On the day of delivery DPD will give you a one-hour time window in the live tracking.
Your parcel is insured and therefore protected against transport damage.
