QUESTION: Is a "purchase on account" or " purchase by instalment" possible?

For the processing of "purchase on account", we cooperate with the company "Ideal Payment", which provides "purchase on account" and "purchase by instalment". If "purchase on account" or "hire purchase" is not displayed during the order process, one possible reason is that your credit rating is insufficient or that the billing address does not match the delivery address. Another reason could be that your address is no longer up to date due to a recent move or that you mistyped your date of birth. It is important that your personal details match the data 100%. The customer service has no insight into the reasons for rejection. In the event of a rejection, we recommend that you switch to another payment option.

QUESTION: Which tuning parts are subject to registration or exempt from registration?
Answer: Suspension parts such as coilovers and sports suspensions as well as lowering and raising springs are subject to registration. Perforated and / or slotted brake discs are also subject to registration as well as rims, if the dimensions of the new rims differ from the factory rim dimensions or the dimensions are not listed in the chain of custody. Spacers, regardless of size or thickness, are also subject to registration. Add-on parts such as front spoilers, splitters, flaps, side skirts, roof spoilers, boot spoiler lips etc. are also subject to registration. Only exhaust systems and downpipes with sports catalytic converters are exempt from registration. For the latter type of product, the CH declaration of suitability must be carried in the vehicle and presented at the request of the authorities.
QUESTION: Can I register as a business customer (B2B)?
Answer: Yes, we run a reseller programme for resellers (B2B). It is important that you are active in the automotive trade and have a valid HR statement. QUESTION: Can I return the ordered item(s) if I do not like them?
Answer: Unlike in the EU, the seller is not obliged to take back goods if they are "not liked". Therefore, the customer service must be contacted before each return. Depending on the product and the type of product, a return may be granted against storage fees and/or cancellation fees after a thorough examination by the customer service. QUESTION: Can ordered items also be picked up?
Answer: Yes, during the ordering process you can choose between "shipping" and "collection". After your order, customer service will check the stock status and let you know as soon as your item is ready for collection. If you have any questions about availability, please call 052 203 24 44.
QUESTION: Do you also have your own garage where assemblies and installations can be carried out?
Answer: No. Swiss Tuning AG is a pure online trading company without its own workshop or garage. However, we cooperate with many dealers, garages, workshops and resellers in Switzerland who offer an assembly service. QUESTION: Do lighting units such as headlights, tail lights, side indicators, etc. have to be registered in the vehicle registration document?
Answer: Lighting units with an "E" approval number are not subject to registration, i.e. they do not have to be registered in the vehicle registration document. If the expert nevertheless asks to see the certificate, we can send the manufacturer's photometric certificate free of charge by email for headlights purchased from us.

QUESTION: How long does it take to receive our product?
Answer: Your order will be processed on the day your payment is received and prepared for dispatch by Swiss Post on the following working day. Your parcel will usually be delivered on the following working day (except Saturday). QUESTION: We have received the package. However, the product is damaged and has transport damage. How should we proceed?
Answer: Report the damage to us immediately, preferably on the same day. It is important that you keep and store all the insulation material including the original packaging. In order to report the transport damage, we also require meaningful photos of the insulation material, the packaging and the damaged contents. After receiving the photos, Customer Service will check your case together with our logistics partner and inform you as quickly as possible about the next steps.
