Registration is not necessary. An ABE (General Operating Permit) is not required, as the parts are already homologated with the complete vehicle. All parts must be checked for accuracy of fit before fitting to the vehicle.

Any adhesive surfaces must be absolutely dry, clean and free of wax and grease.

Installation must be carried out in a temperature range of 18 °C to 35 °C. When using liquid adhesive (e.g. 1K adhesive), the curing times must be observed:

•     As a rule, the vehicle must not be moved for 24 hours.
•     The vehicle is only suitable for washing after 48 hours.
